Digital Fusion Implants
Cannulated HammerThread system is comprised of Creed Ø2.5 mm implants and single-use disposable instruments intended to support fixation of small bone deformities of the foot.

Effective
and reliable
Creed HammerThread is a Ø2.5 mm cannulated titanium implant intended to support fixation of small bone deformities.
A portfolio of implants with multiple length options for proximal and distal interphalangeal joint (PIPJ and DIPJ) arthrodesis procedures.

Superior
precision
The Creed HammerThread implants are designed to support fixation of small bone deformities using minimally invasive techniques.
The system is comprised of Ø2.5mm titanium Ti64 implants that accept Ø1.3 K-Wires. This combination is designed to support controlled insertion and fixation during proximal and distal interphalangeal joint (PIPJ and DIPJ) procedures.
The double stinger tip design of the K-wires is intended to support retrograde insertion during PIPJ and DIPJ fixation procedures.
Ready-to-use,
everytime.
The instrumentation is provided in a sterile, Case Ready™ instrument kit designed specifically for Creed HammerThread implants.
The instrument kit includes 4x double stinger tip Ø1.3mm K-Wires, a mini depth gauge, an AO-handle and a cannulated T8 driver with a tapered shaft that matches the implants outer diameter and is designed to support compression across PIPJ arthrodesis procedures; refer to operative technique for preparation guidance.
